Kevin J. Mitchell
Kevin Mitchell is a trial attorney with broad experience in business and commercial litigation. He regularly enforces commercial lending remedies, pursues and defends consumer claims, and handles a variety of real estate and employment matters, from early stages through trial and appeal. Kevin has first-chair trial experience in state and federal courts, and he has argued before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago.
Before joining HallerColvin, Kevin operated a solo litigation practice in Fort Wayne, representing individuals and businesses both locally and around the country. Kevin spent the first 12 years of his career at a national law firm, where he was named partner in 2016. During his tenure, Kevin gained deep experience representing Fortune 100 companies in the financial services and agricultural sectors.
