Lindsey M. Tipton

Lindsey M. Tipton is an Owner of HallerColvin PC.  Ms. Tipton completed her undergraduate degree and law school at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana before moving back to Fort Wayne in 2016 to practice law in her hometown.  Ms. Tipton serves businesses and individual clients needing general business and real estate advice.  She focuses on negotiating and drafting documents, including everything from simple contracts to complex transactions.  She also guides clients through estate planning and the probate process.  Ms. Tipton’s priorities are to learn about her clients and to ensure they understand what legal services she is performing, and why those services are necessary or important.  When she is not working, Ms. Tipton can be found training for half marathons, watching IU Basketball (enthusiastically or begrudgingly), golfing (enthusiastically or begrudgingly), or exploring national parks and hiking with her husband.
