Sherrill Wm. Colvin serves the Indiana Board of Law Examiners to interview law school graduates applying to take the Indiana Bar Examination. Certification of good moral character is a requirement before the applicant can take the bar examination. He is appointed by the Supreme Court of Indiana. Mr. Colvin has also served by appointment of the Indiana Supreme Court on the Indiana Disciplinary Commission for 10 years. The Commissions investigate complaints of violations by Indiana lawyers of the Rules of Professional Conduct. He has also served on the Commission which investigates complaints against Indiana judges.
