HallerColvin is Pleased to Announce the Appointment of Lindsey C. Swanson and Scot T. Skekloff as Co-Managing Partners

Partners Lindsey C. Swanson and Scot T. Skekloff were selected to serve as Co-Managing Partners of HallerColvin, effective May 1, 2024. Although a new role for both Lindsey and Scot, this appointment reflects a natural progression of their leadership responsibilities and commitment to our firm. Lindsey started her career in private practice with HallerColvin in 2011 and has been a partner for more than 5 years. Scot joined HallerColvin later in his career, but has made substantial contributions to our firm, most notably to the bankruptcy team, since joining in January 2017.

Our prior co-managing partners, Charles J. Heiny and J. Spencer Feighner, will continue their successful legal practices with the firm and provide valuable guidance to Lindsey and Scot during this transition. Lindsey and Scot expressed their gratitude to Charlie and Spencer for their years of service as Co-Managing Partners, stating, “We are thankful for the contributions that Charlie and Spencer have made to HallerColvin, both as attorneys and in management. Their dedication and commitment over the past several years contributed to the firm’s accomplishments and continued success. Co-management is often a thankless job, but they have our respect and gratitude for a job well done.”
